Your first appointment
Are you about to schedule your very first appointment with Physiotherapy Vis? Our practice is located in Medisch Centrum de Poort, situated in the center of Wageningen. We ask you to bring your insurance details and proof of identity during the first appointment for administrative purposes.
Do I need a referral to visit a physiotherapist?
A referral from the general practitioner is no longer necessary. If you have problems, you can schedule an appointment yourself.
Does my health insurance reimburse the treatments?
Physiotherapy Vis has contracts with all health insurers. Your health insurance consists of a basic package and, if applicable, additional insurance. If you are over 18, you will need additional insurance for almost all treatments.
I have difficulty walking. Can I also be treated at home?
Yes, our physiotherapists can also visit you at home if necessary. Feel free to contact us about the possibilities.
I am unable to attend my appointment. What should I do?
Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Outside opening hours, you can leave a message on our answering machine.
I would like to start with fitness. How much does that cost?
We charge 35 euros per month, to be paid at the beginning of the month, preferably by direct debit.
How does Fysiotherapie Vis handle my data?
We handle your personal data with the utmost care. We will never share information about your condition with third parties without your consent, except your referring physician.
